We have pleasure to introduce as one of the leading and reputed high-tech Borewell Drilling, and Foundation Soil Investigation and Rain Water Harvesting Technologists comprising of highly qualified and experienced Engineers & Technologists. Our main operations are situated in Bangalore City. We also cater our services on all over India basis including Karnataka State. Technical details have been described as under:

1.0 We have advanced equipment consisting of latest super fast high-pressure Hydraulic drilling rig equipments to suitable to drill 4^1/2, 5^1/2, 6 & 6^1/2 inch dia Borewells and we drill 100 mm to 450 mm dia Boreholes in overburden by using airline, Tripod, Tractor Truck & mast mounted Rigs.

2.0 We undertake Foundation Soil investigation for civil structures like Apartment Housing projects, office and commercial complexes, Flyovers, Bridges, Dams, canals & Barrages and special projects as per specific requirement of the clients by using Auger Boring method, Rotary drilling equipment and DTH drilling Rig equipment.

3.0 We also undertake drilling and Grouting, Rotary drilling, Pile Bores, micro piles, short hole, inclined & Horizontal drilling etc.

4.0 We design and execute a Rainwater harvesting Structures, (RWH) for Houses, Apartments and Commercial projects.

5.0 Other technical jobs, we undertake are de-silting, cleaning and Flushing of silted Borewells and also supply, erection, installation, Repair & Maintenance of all banded pump set.

6.0 Besides the above, we also deal in Real Estate matters through our sister concern namely MAANASA ESTATES & PROPERTIES.
